It took two years of careful preparation, organized by a team with 25 years of catering management experience, selected professional Japanese chefs, and 6-10 months of staff training, and finally met with you in the spring of 2023.
The selection of ingredients is very strict, and the freshest ingredients are selected. Only the best ingredients can reflect the culinary skills of an excellent chef. The soup base is made of high-quality secret ingredients and simmered for 10 hours on low heat.

Had dinner tonight, and everything was amazing! Started with the huge soft shell crab bun 😋 pork goyza, which was so flavorful and lightly crispy! Then we had a crawfish (nicely spicy) and rainbow rolls! We each had the BEST ramen: spicy pork Tonkatsu, a spicy chicken, and the lobster 🦞 😋!! Our waitress Cat was the best, you HAVE to try this place!
Walk in for lunch during their soft opening, great portion for price, the service and environment are also great! Will definitely come back! Highly recommend the spicy tonkatsu ramen, the pork belly is delicious!
